Urgent Need Salary Breakup of 25,000/month , 3,00,000

Can anybody help me to calculate the detailed salary breakup for 3,00,000 CTC for a Sales Professional . Its urgent and required badly .
My monthly salary is 25000k.i want to make a salary slip. I dont know wt has to be added and not.We dont get a salary slip from the company.how much tax is deducted. my annum take is 3.00L. Pleae let me know if anybody can help.
I would be thankfull to him/her who would help me and take me out of this tention , please send me the detailed breakup salary calculation for 3.00 CTC for a SALES PROFESSIONAL, ITS URGENT .

HRA is on Basic 40 to 50% 4800
Convince 800 p.m ( above 800 taxable) 800
Medical allowance 1250 (above 1250 taxable) 1250
Special allowance - difference amount of Gross salary
12000+4800+800+1250+11150
You can add other allowances also as per your company's rule

Hi I’m confused coz some people even in this cite describing the HRA as 40% from Basic but some others saying HRA is 40% of Gross. PLS SAY WHICH IS CORRECT.

Think practically, if both Basic & HRA is 40% of Gross then what is the difference between Basic and HRA ???
Don't get confused!! Basic is always 40-50 % of Gross and HRA is 40-50% of BASIC Salary. The % is customized as per the norms of an Organization or a Company.

garima2281 suggested a good method to arrive at the salary break up...
You can calculate based on that. As he/she mentioned, you can add any other pay component based on your company policy like Mobile Allowance, Sustenance Allowance, etc.
