please let me know, what is the maximum salary limit to contribute in PF. or upto what salary we can deduct PF of employee.

The ceiling limit of monthly salary is Rs. 6500. But above the ceiling it is optional to employer and employee. If both willing to contribute on actual salary in excess of ceiling limit, at present ther is no restriction.
