Dear Friends,
pl find a ppt on the Eagle's change process,
Trust that this would be useful for driving home the message that change is inevitable, constant, painful but required definitely in everybodys life.
Read and enjoy.

Hi
The opportunities to learn from the things around us are same for everyone. And the best way to preserve such knowledge is to share them.
Thanks for sharing what an Eagle does to make its life a successful one.

Wonderful story & info. Would help people to think ........... think well instead of remaining in remorse. Some times hard & painful decisions required to be taken in order to get fresh life.

While that is a VERY nice story, it does NOT seem to be true. See :

Does anyone have the link to the Discovery Video .. please post here .....
OTOH, that does not take away from the Moral of the Story - sometimes hard decisions of letting go what seems essential to you for survival itself have to be made. Very few species do it deliberately - it seems to be genetic - look at the caterpillar for example.

I definitely will be using this story to drive home the message the change is inevitable and we all have to be prepared for it or perish. Thanks once again.

Change is inevitable but very few in the corporate world are self-aware about the inevitability of change and adapt themselves to it but a great majority do not move out of their present position in which they find comfort and resist. To be a change a gent is a challenging assignment.
