Yes, I find all feedback/additions to the junior's MBA case study are fine, both critical and appreciative. Particularly, those respectively commenting about ' wearing company's T shirts ' and the other about ' value of employees devoted engagement in the job '. Our junior has already learnt the lesson that ' A journey of thousand miles starts with a single step '. Let him, and we be happy about it. He is ok and we are ok.

' Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory ', and the of other management gurus' needs theories can be authentically applied to the background and conclusions on this case study. In fact, the former theory steals the show, when it sets it's pace starting from the stage wise ' physiological needs to that of the ultimate self-actualization needs. Other theories are more or less built up on this base theory.

Trust, among few other contributions to this case study from senior/colleagues, this support point also helps proper analysis of the case study. Best of like to this junior and his other aspiring MBA friends, who are in the same wavelength. Hard work, devoted study, and it's apt applications are the only secrets to success not only in case studies, but even in their real life work place events.
