Now when i have found one the previous Employer wants me to write a letter that all the dues and salaries have been paid and he has no dues left on me and he asked me to get it notarized, and i have no problem in writing and giving it to him
So can anyone help me with a draft stating that all salaries have been paid and dues have been cleared.
Thanks.

Dear Mr. Blisker,
1. what made the previous employer now after 5 months such letter?
And should be notarised, why?
2. Did you receive all dues payable by your previous company.
3. If so send a letter to that effect.
