@ Respected Raghunath Sir,
In HR studies , I have been given a project on Field report where in I need to prepare a questionnaire for visiting HR dept. and know the functioning of HR dept. in company.
Can you please suggest the way in which it needs to be prepared so that HR personnel feel like answering to it ?
What are the expectations of HR dept from students when students approach HR for such studies?

Hi Suryavanshi,

You need to specify the type of field work you wish to undertake.

You need to observe in the HR Dept about the maintainance of employees files first as to whether it complete in all aspects like date of joining CV accompolished with copies of educational certificates, relieving letters of the previous employers the date of appraisal.

Secondly, you need to observe the methdology of recruitments and type of ratings adopted of each posiotions, various types of tests conducted for selection of candidates

Thirdly, the method adpoted by the organization for performance appraisals like the appraisal form adopted and the type of ratings done and percantage of increments suggested by the HR.

Fourthly, you need to observe the stuatory aspects like ESI, PF PT fiormalities of the organization.

Finally other things like notice period of employees leaving the organization, exit interview report submittted by the HR and various other aspects like issuing of memo, warining letters and show cause notices to the employees.

Hope this serves your purpose.

I am presently working in Manufacturing industry for past 7 years in Payroll section
I would like to know in detail as how to design an HR manual for newly set up Hospitals.
This Hospital would be set up in Pune (Yerawada) and would be of 150 beds around 500 employees and its going to be a Multi-Speciality hospital.
Can anyone provide me with Sample HR Policy for Multi speciality hospitals
Your guidance is highly awaited..Pl help.
