Dear All,
I am a Post Graduate in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University and working presently with Telecome industy since last one month. I plan to do some further course along, in HR or Psychology. Please guide me to select a good course .

Hello Both,
I agree to the response about the practical experience, I have also done my Masters in HR and now seeking the experience in the same field.
According to me, if you still want to do any course, either go ahead with PhD or go for any Executive course from IIM.
