Smiles is beta testing its the new release of its software for HR process automation. The application delivered as a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) is designed to automate through self-service all the HR processes from recruitment to separation.
Under the limited one-time beta program the company is offering by invitation companies to upload and maintain their employee data in the Smiles application. Along with being able to maintain the employee data in convenient on-line folders that are secure and yet available anytime, anywhere the offer also includes a company personalised employee portal with individual employee and manager log-in IDs and passwords. If you do not have an HRIS and maintain employee data in XL sheets this would be good and free of cost way to better manage the data and get good MIS.
