Though labour cost is part of a product, its % varies from product to product.
So, you can not say that it is 33% of all the products.
So many factors such as the cost of raw-materials, its loading & unloading, conveyance, room rent, machinery hire charges, interest on invested amount, labour & supervision charges, electric energy or fuel utilised and all related inputs are considered to determine the dry cost of a product.
After completion of manufacturing, again loading, unloading, conveyance, etc. etc. etc. including profit and taxes & tariffs etc. are involved indetermining sale price.
Around 30 years back, labour componet (average % of labour cost of a product) of some products were upto 80% or even more. But now a doys, due to availability of HiTech equipments, percentage of labour componet of the products has drastically came down.
So, to determine % of the labour cost of the sale price, one has to refer the cost analysis of the product.
