Please find below the Basic Internship Proposal as requested by you.
Internship Proposal
Objective:
• To assist MBA students in being placed in companies to undertake their internship as part of their MBA program.
• Give students hands-on experience in various subjects they have studied.
• Introduce MBA students to the working environment.
• Assist students in completing their dissertation.
• Doing the internship is an essential requirement for students to graduate.
Duration of the internship: Students will be required to complete a 3-month internship program.
Expectations From Company:
• To provide students with necessary equipment to function like any other employee in the company (fully equipped work station).
• To provide students an opportunity to have hands-on experience in the areas of their MBA program.
• Provide necessary exposure to subjects required to work on.
• Provide weekly reports on their progress.
• Provide a final report when the internship program is concluded.
• To provide students with a recommendation letter.
Expectations from Students:
• To abide by the rules and regulations laid out by the organization.
• To attend the internship program as outlined in their internship plan.
• To apply the knowledge obtained during their educational program.
• Maintain confidentiality and loyalty to the company they are working for.
In Case of Breach:
• Not abiding by the company's rules and regulations.
• Not attending the program as planned.
• Students will have to go through all the disciplinary actions as laid out by the company's rules and regulations.
• Students will be deprived of completing their internship program.
• Will be subject to the University's disciplinary action procedure.
