In the above posted information regarding Amendment of Bonus Act 2010, it is mentioned as "be it enacted". Be enacted means it didnot get enacted. Then how can you state that the bill is passed? Also you have mentioned that final amendment is yet to come. After passing the bill what is the role of final amendment and from where it to come?

Dear Sir/Madam, Please help me. If Basic salary of an employee is 3400/- His bonus = 3500 ? or (3400x12)x8.33% = 3399 ? I mean if salary is below Rs. 3500/- how will we calculate bonus?

Yes, he will be eligible for receiving bonus if he works for 30 days in that accounting year for which bonus has been declared in accordance with the provisions of Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
