These two books are a must possessions, gems and Bibles of every HR/OB/Soft Skills faculty. These and many more books of this kind are available on Kolkata/Delhi footpath at very low price.Old books are being sold at throw away price.

I purchased these books in late 70s from Kolkata and using till date.

Thanks to Arvind for emailing the books for those who do not have personal hard copies.

Thanks for the book . I did TA under Carlos and Saroj From UTC Bangalore way back in the late eighties or early nineties. I was once told that the author of this book committed suicide. I do not know if this is true does anyone know if it is true or it is a rumor ?

Dear friends,
There is one more book in this series titled "What do you say after you say Hello?" by Dr.Eric berne. I read this book long before. Hope you guys would also love to read this title. Following 'I'm OK;You are OK', one more title namely "Staying OK" was released which had more practical 'what to do?' ideas straightly dealt than "I'm OK;You are OK". As Mr.P.K.Acharya said, these books are available at a very low price from footpath book stores in major cities. These are really interesting titles in TA.
Thanks & Regards,
A.Kalaivanan.

Friends,
Thank you for the two books. I have my original hardcopy which is more than 30 years old. I have almost full set of TA books (Staying OK, Born to Win, Games Alcoholic Play etc.)
I find it still applicable provided people understand its applications and limitations. Since not many people understand it or know how to apply, most people (inlcuding HR trainers and practitioners) shun it.
It is a psycology tool but a communication tool firstly, to establish a communication contract that can lead to a deeper level of communication removing the games people plan. Those who know it will have an advantage over those who do not. So keep practising it even if you cannot fully understand it at first.
Regards
