our next issue has some very easy to use self defense moves which can be mastered without any instructors at hand!
you would ask me why this effort from a travel co? actually i had an experience while out with my friend about 7 yrs back in delhi and it is these moves which saved us both from a possible ugly situation arising in an alien place...
