Hope you are doing good.
I am stuck and need your help. I am working with Software Developmet company as a HR-Executive.
Actually in our Organisation we do not beleive in Termination process or Firing an Emp.
But we do have one emp who is working with us since past 1 Year. and we have given him multiple opportunities where he can prove himself but no suceess.
Now its high time and we need to terminate his service.
Can you please guide me how to proceed?

Hi Anjum,
Last week there was a very similar posting by Shakila and there were some very valuable responses to that article. The posting was "Terminating an employee". Just go through everybodys suggestions in that. And your problem would be solved.
