Cyber bullying - how to raise a complaint ? please help
Respected all last night i came to know that one guy has hacked my gmail account where as i never shared my password of that account n other accounts with anyone else. that person is vey much unknown to me but from the information i know that he is working in reputed company of my city only and working on very much respectable post. as he has hacked all my 3 accounts am very much tensed as it had all the vital data like my banking details personal mails photos n so on. now please guide me how i have to approach this matter. i think cyber crime law of india is toughest law in our country will it really help me? am worried for all the further consequences that will happen with me. need your valuable input in this matter.

Is it fine to do away with physical hard copies of employee personal documents collected at the time of onboarding of new hires given the amount of cyber crime taking place? if the answer is no is there a regulation under employment laws that can mandate maintenance of personal records as a physical hard copy? nothing against digitization but considering the cyber crimes this question is being posted.
Can employer object on engagement of advocate by workman in labour court
Hii allone of our workman has filed case in labour court.he is represented by advocate.can the employer object to this as the employee represented by management is not a advocate.first hearing is yet to be held.just received summons from court.does section 36 id act lay any provisions on this..can seniors guide....

Dear members i am working in a law firm as manager hr one of the advocate is urguing that there are few companies where they not deduct the leave if have taken leave on the consecutive days for eg. if u have taken leave on sat and monday our practise is we deduct 3 days leave but the advocate say that the hr should deduct only 2 leave instead of 3 days . kindly advise whether the policy differs from company to company or the hr is right in deducting 3 days leave. if there is any updatation in lave policy pl let me know. very regards shiela shetty
