Pf withdrawal - demanding id proof, or a relieving letter - how do i tackle this situation?
Hello i worked in e serve intl in mumbai in the year 2003 sep to 2004 june close to 9 months. and i have been trying to withdraw the pf each time they sent the forms back to me asking for id proof or a relieving letter i left the company because of my health. and to withdraw pf i do not need a relieving letter. how do i tackle this situation? and am i still eligible for this pf?

Dear all if a lady employee is on her family way and takes leave on an average on every alternative day then how to tackle such kind of situation?? she is a confirmed employee and working for last one and a half year approx. we are ready to grant her leaves in advance till her delivery but she is not availing them and hence her clients and our organization are suffering a lot.. what do you suggest kindly share your views.. seema gupta

ray"as i m working in a steel plant as a hr executive and i am a new entrant in steel plant in which no hr department was there in past. and the store persons were handling the hr department. but the main problem is not hr only the problem there is general manager58 yrs old over there who is courageous intelligent enough to handle whole plant but he has attitude problem as he had worked with known organizations and he always tries to use his policies and powers and dont want the owner of plant to interfere in his working styles...and he always always always tries to demoralize me and spoke rudely and said..u are not able to handle this plant..and u wont.... i m trying to find the solution and d tricky path to tackle it out... help me out hr guys with regards
