If employer and employee want to continue after the retirement age, which is 58 as per the policy or appointment letter, then what is the procedure for the same.
In that case whether the employee can continue in EPF scheme?
Whether the employee can avail the PF/pension and continue in the service?
What about ESI?
if cannot continue, what is the option? as retainer?
