I am the HR of a website designing company. Am looking for a good aptitude test, which includes sections like....numeric, fill the missing number, shapes quiz, IQ test etc. Can someone please provide me a test which I can use at the time of interview so as to know the general IQ level of the candidates.
Any help will be appreciated.

The purpose of this test is to measure how quickly and accurately you can think.
It contains problems of different kinds. Work as fast as you can but not so fast to
make mistakes. Do not spend too much time on any one question.
Rules of the test:
• 15 Minutes 40 Questions

• No deductions if you leave blanks.
