Dear Sureshpurty,
Your information is very short and incomplete but as per your statement i think that while joining in the new company form No.13 (transfer of A/c.) might have been filled. In this situation previous balance of Reliance shall be transferred to your new A/c. And in future when u left this job u have to submit form 19 alongwith form 10 C under currant employer only. The signature of previous employer doesn't required.

I Was Working In Previous Organization From 2005 To 2014 (9 Years & 5 Months). In First Two Years Previous Employer Has Not Deducted The PF As I Was On Probation.
In New Organization They Are Not Providing EPF.
My Concern Is
1 Now I Wish To Get The Accumulated Amount Back.
2 Am I Eligible For Pension? If Yes How Much And When I Will Get It?
3 What If I Don’T Withdraw The Money And Withdraw It After Retirement, Say At The Age Of 55-60.
Please Help
Thanks In Advance
