hi shweta. u 1st have to collect the training thems, e.g report writing, personality development, etc define that all and say them that match these all with ur current job need nd preoritise...... i would say u need a TNA forms with of questionair to be fill from employees.. after collecting that form a clear picture will come infront of u.
