Hey Megha,
One thing is that if u get to look for a HR job, you would be considered as a fresher in that particular stream. Again it is on to your will to get a job in HR. One main advise is that, don't give up on you if you don't get one. That would seriously help you better. Good luck.

Dear Megha,

As you are already qualified as MBA Finance & HR, you can very well get into HR field as a fresher to start with. Skills and knowledge speaks rather than any certifications. Certificate is just an added advantage, which may push you some more towards the employers.

Citehr is a very good source for you to gain ultimate knowledge in the field, both theoretical and practical. Just prepare a time-table for your preparation and go through the topics. Don't be left even with a single doubt in any section of the subject. Just search for clarifications and if you don't find, then post your query. Like that, gain subject knowledge first and then prepare your CV focussing the knowledge areas. Remember you CV will be the face of your's to the employers. You can find the thread about CV preparation at

So, think, plan and execute......... You will do it.......

All the very best Megha..:)
