Don't introduce attendence bonus as a part of show.(i.e. every other organisation have this so my organisation should also have). The management may ask you what will be the advantage.
First Explore that if all the staff remain present on the duty, what quantum of work get completed or what production (in qty) is produced.
If it is 25% more the normal i.e.do you really want that everybody should be present every day and they should not remain absent ( without intimation), then you can have a strategy as under:
Otherwise, all staff will remain present but the output will be zero.
An employee who remain present for 26 days or (25+1CL)+(4 or5 Weekly offs,as the month may be of)=30/31 days
1) shall be entitle for one day's salary (basic+all allowances)
2) make provision for encashment of EL/PL.
3) increase PL/EL accumulation limit to atelast 120. Over and above 120 to be encashed.
By(3) you will have your staff present for max number of days in a year.
