can u all help me to initiate training & development in automobile manufacturing company.... how to start it ,, how to go ahead with Needs Analysis , competency framework,,,, ROI / ROE of training,,,,,


Needs Analysis - Organisational hurdles, find flaws & drawbacks in the system - where frequent problems arise, i.e., the major obstacle the co. faces for growth - find it & address the problem with a suitable module.

Same applies with staff - problem areas can be in planning & organising, communication, interpersonal skills, Customer relations, Sales & Negotiation skills, Management & Leadership, Lack of energy or interest, Procrastination, Behavioral issues, Manners & Etiquette, welfare & work life balance, etc. Find the people & dept who need the training by understanding where & what they are lacking & address it.
