Hi,
Holiday on October,14 2010 is on account of closing ceremony of Commonwealth games. This holiday has been declared only to avoid traffic on Delhi roads. All the offices in Delhi and NCR will remain closed on this day.
UP govt has nothing to do with this holiday and offices will function as per normal schedule except NOIDA.
