Dear all seniors and experts,
I'm from bangladesh and I have been working in HR dept of a software company for few months. Now I'm assigned to design an organogram of the commpany and clearly define job description of those posts. Can any one help me in this regard? I'll be very grateful to get reply from you. Thank you.

You just can't take another company's organisation chart and copy it. It all depends upon the structuire of the company. Please see ORGANISATIONAL CHART / FLOW CHART OF COMPANY which gives you an idea. Also search the web for organisation chart of specific companies. Job descriptions will depend upon what has already been given to various categories when staff were recruited.
