Am Shilpa, working as Executive HR in an IT firm.
We are a start up company with Employee strength of 80.
Performance Appraisal is been happening in our organization but not as a process, Only our Delivery Manager takes the List of Employees for Appraisal & Increase their CTC by 30 or 40% and release the appraisal letter.
I want to start the Performance Appraisal system in our organization so that each employee should be happy & satisfied with his appraisal.

Kindly suggest me a realistic, Practical & Modern way of Appraisal System & please let me know how to apply in organization level.

Please share me if you have any sample copy of any IT firm Appraisal System

Thanks for your quick reply,
But as I have told you ours is IT firm(into Software Development) and we are a start up co where there is no big dept as such. We have few dept pertaining to the projects and HR & Finance.
Am really confused how to go about it..
Please let me know on this.
