The amendment to S.2(13) stipulating max. salary as Rs.10000/- for eligibility under the Act was brought in in 2007 itself w.e.f. 1/4/06. I have not been able to locate any 2010 amendment to the Act or even a Bill. Please let us know the source of this information?
