I have opted for Scheme certificate in form 10c.
So do I have to sign the advanced stamped receipt in the form.?
I guess advanced stamped receipt should be signed only for withdrawal..
Can you please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

Dear vishal,
Form 10-C is used for both withdrawal benefit as well as scheme certificate. Advance receipt is meant only for withdrawal benefit.
Hence your guess is correct and no advance stamped receipt is required for scheme certificate.

My previous employer has returned the form back to me saying I have not signed advance stamped receipt, even thogh I have applied for scheme certificate.
Not sure what to do.
