Hi Friends,
I have a query....
It is about my friend who joined a semi govt organisation few months back...they gave the offer letter but delayed in giving appointment letter on medical grounds.
Later after a few months...my friend resigned due to extreme unprofessional work environment, lack of motivation and moreover threats of termination, mental harrassment. several people were even terminted.My friend does not have the appointment letter but has offer letter only.
Now it is more than a month he left but has not been given his ful & final settlement. Now the company is denying to pay the last working days salary.
My question is that can he go to labour court or what is the other way?

Hi, Does he holds any other proof that he was employed there. Unless he is able to produce that document he would be not able to win the case. regards Vijayakumar

Hi Vijay, He has got the offer letter, payslips in His ID as wel as salary account in Bank which shows salary transfer during those months. Regards, Meghamadhulika

Dear Vijay
It has been two years since I had resigned from Indiabulls and till than i have been following for my salary/ full and final.
Instead they have transfered some account opening debits under my emp. code and asking me to clear those debits.
Since two years I am tring to tell them when i had not opened these acc. how can i be heald liable for their account opening charges.
Kindly revert what should I do to get my FF.
