Freelancers are those people who are NOT specifically employed by or with anyone/ any corporate etc. but offer their services to anyone who has a requirement of the freelancers professional expertise. eg. freelance trainers / freelance content writers/ freelance consultants etc.

Freelancers work independently & work form their own place.
They are paid a certain percentage on their output.
Eg: We work on a given requirement for a recruitment company.
So once the recruitment process is completed the company pays
4% on the profit earned.
