Recruiting refers to calling for job applications form the prospective candidates for the particular position...be it through advt., newspapers, internally from the org., placement agencies., etc and shortlisting the applications to be called for interview ... which forms the part of Selection Process!

5. Call letters for test
6. Prepare results of test
7. Call for first interview and further short list for final interview.
