Hello all. We are in the process of developing a New Leader Orientation program in Asia. We want it to teach both hard and soft skills. Hard skills such as supervisor's role in using PeopleSoft. Does anyone have a ppt like this created? Also... any other advice on topics that are critical to train first time supervisors on in Asia?

What are the results you are expecting from holding such a program? Get clarity on this before you do any program design.
From your post, I understand that the participants will either be new hires or promotees.
What you are taking up in hard skills is good. A lot of managers are not too computer / software savvy.
While I don't know the duration of your program, I can suggest that you divide your program into modules which would focus on
1) Time Management
2) Decision Making and Developing
3) Managing Interpersonal Relationships (difficult employees)
4) Coaching your team for performance.
5) Counselling your team members
6) Reading and Analysing reports - Financial & other data.
7) Innovative thinking.
8) Market Trends
