Training programes for generalist role or core hr are available in the market, you can go for that but beyobd that you need to work hard to get more knowledge about the role.

Can someone help me with some great tips and guidelines to implement Admin policies and to set up Administration department for a small organization which has 13-14 member of staff and making the staff aware of the admin procedures .
