Dear the amendment act has been passed by the Parliment but the copy of the Gazette Notificat is not yet available on the site of the Ministry of Labour. The same may be available with the Labour Inspectors or Local office of the Labour Department.

Thanx for the gazette notification but the notification is not complete. The notification is having 3 pages but in the scanned copy only first & third page is available. Please resend the same.
