Whether the saidIndustrial Disputes (Amendment) Act 2010 (Act 24 0f 2010) act is notified or not? If notified pls post gazzette notification?
Dear the amendment act has been passed by the Parliment but the copy of the Gazette Notificat is not yet available on the site of the Ministry of Labour. The same may be available with the Labour Inspectors or Local office of the Labour Department.
