Dear Friends I want to know about steps involved in for Recruitment in IT companies and BPO and call centres. Thank You Mohamed
Hi Friend,

Recruitment process would differ from company to company.

The following steps are involved in the recruitment process in general.

1. Identifying the Man-Power Requirement.

2. Planning for Recruitment strategy & budget

3. Advertisement(Media, Mail Campaign, etc..)

4. Receiving Applications

5. Shortlisting the Candidates

6. Selection Process

Selection depends upon the company's selection Process.

* Telephonic (PIR)

* JAM (or) GD

* Technical Round (Written Test (or) Interview (or) both)

* Operational Round

* HR Round etc..

7. Issuing the Offer Letter

8. Induction

9. Position Close

Again the recuritment cycle starts with anyother position. Sometimes recruitment could be done internally by moving some one to that position. To avoid all this hectic process these days Companies are encourageing Recruitment Agencies by outsouring the recuruitment process.

This is applicalble to most of the service industires that could be an IT or BPO or any other industries.

Feel free to mail me for any further queries.

Regards,

Kalyan
