hi,
if you want to transfer your pf amount to your current organisation so you need to fill form 13 in your current organisation.
For withdraw:- you need to fill form 19&10c in your previous organisation you need to carry documents for withdrawal cancelled cheque and two revenue stamps

Dear Promila,
Thanks for reply.
However my previous organisation is not ready to give me the GO AHEAD.
Is there any way to withdraw directly from PF office without involving my previous organisation.
Thanks & Regards

hi,
if you are not able to get the application attested by ex-employer so u can contact with PF officer or you can forward the claim to the provident fund office duly clarifying the position after getting it attested by any one of the following authorised officials:-
1. manager of the bank where the member is holding an account
2. head of educational istitution
3. A gazetted officer
4. sub-post master
5. the magistrate
6. memeber of central board of trustees(employee's provident fund of regional committee)
7. chairman/secretary/member of the municipal/district/local board
8. president ot the village union/panchayat/mamber of parliament/member of legislative assembly
9. any other officer approved by the regional PF commissioner
For further guidance/clarifiactions required, if any the public relation officer in the nearest PF office(including PF inspectorates) may be contacted.
