Dear Sir,
To begin with, Thankyou for such an insightful reflection. I agree money is the sole motivator. But when we invest so much to learn a skill and expect to earn out of it. I guess we don’t move into a new level until and unless we try to teach it. Practising a skill makes one an expert not leader. Simulating an individual’s learning and opening up to create takeaway for others is the 'ultimate job ‘. Just as learning the skill required patience and intelligence so does the skill of sharing it. But I guess its all worth it, when we reflect at the result.
I completely agree with you. In the words of Mr. Narayan Murthy, 'do what you love to do and money will follow’. When we do something we are convinced about, we make sure we generate value, thus money becomes an automatic result.
