Termination because of dual employment - joined another company b without resigning from company a
I was working in company a since july 2021. in january 2022 i joined another company b without resigning from company a because i was admitted to the hospital. after recovering i resigned from company b. now company a found that i was working in another organization for a month with help of a uan number. hr called me and said it is a breach of agreement and they are going to terminate me. they will issue a showcause notice soon. hr said that he can help by not taking any legal action against me. he also said that he will make sure that no remark will be mentioned in the case of bgv from another organization no guarantee. i know what i did is wrong. please suggest what i can do now?

Threat from hr to either resign or terminate
Hi i have been working as assistant manager it in a construction & malls leasing firms for the last 16 months. i have been appointed as engineer than promoted as asst. manager but not received my confirmation yet. now after 16 months my company s hr says to resign as they are removing this asst. manager post. if i wont be resigning they are threating me to terminate. what should i do? legally am i a confirm employee? as i have signed neither recieved any letter that they extended my probation after initial 3 months. please advice.

My friend is working in a very renowned corporate of india.three months back he has been asked verbally informed by his seniors "that you have 3 months time to search for the job and leave the company."at present he is facing pressure from his senior to resign or company will terminate him.total 4050 people are asked to do so.moreover a simple bond has been signed of by him on letter head that if he will resign/terminate before due date of oct 2009 he has to pay back the whole amount.company is threating him tht\at he should resign otherwise they will terminate him and will do the recovery. no written notice is given to him for resigning and on being asked in writing the company is refusing to give the same. i need your help that what shall he and his friends should do.
