E.R is standing for Employees relations.Which are to be considred with in a firm or company. Since they are your first publics so if they are happy your production rate will be qualitative and quantitive as well, as result your business will be successful.

Dear,
I.R. - Industrial Relations.
I.R. is related to all persons who have direct or indirect relations with the Company.
i.e employee of the company has direct relations with the company.
whereas authorities like factory inspector, concilliation officer, labour officer, providednt
fund inspector, e.s.i inspector, police sub inspector, sarpanch, polluction control board
officials likewise all these individuals do maintain relations with the company as long as they are holding the jurisdiction of the that area.
whereas E. R is related purely with the employee working in the company.
