todays, most of the people are getting job through the consultancy and give them 50% persent of their salary..........
Is this a right way to getting a job???
Are ther any surity of job i n the organisation??????

I think this depends on the the need of the candidate and also the type of company he / she is getting the job in.

vinay you are right but it is not the matter of big or small company....
it's a matter of money..& your degree what you got after investing a big amount,
then what is the benefit of all ..... and other question is that
if you are getting a job through the consultant, are there any sourity that the company would not fire you after the 1 or 2 months.

Its not only today that people need to pay to get jobs. It has been followed in our culture since Ancient Times when people bribed the Palace Guards or Influencial contacts to get entry into a Kings Palance. And its not only regarding getting placed in companies. In our Country, we have to follow the rules of paying extra for every damn thing nearly everywhere. In our daily life too its the same. In fact we have become immune to corruption and its our way of life. It begins with our Political leaders and ends at the man on the street. There is no escape!
Moreover we all follow corruption in our lives in one form or the other. and Nobody bothers becoz our experiences show that its of no use fighting deep rooted corruption whether in jobs or in other ways of daily life. So be happy and dont worry......rgrds

if you don't perform company is going to fire you, no matter from where you have been recruited (consultancy, campus, off campus, employee referral)
each company is in market for business.

I dont think you can get any Jobs through Consultants excepts for BPO and Voice Process. The best way is through Referals, and Portals. Being an HR Professional, I found a job by updating my CV in job portals and I got a call in 2 months to work in a competitive firm. "Dependancy is Death and Self Dependancy is Growth"

Dear friends.
Now a days, most of the companies were depending on consultants.
This started by the lazy and mean candidates got appointed by companies by looking their certificates and some year of works and their smart language, and not by their skill. We can talk more on anything. But in practice we, were not able to finish in crisp, and up to the requirement because of our lack of knowledge in finishing.
Unless or otherwise the younger generation, to learn in depth, and have a through knowledge in their field this system of getting a job thro consultants and referrals will slowly vanish. The right person will get a good job and others will become right to get their jobs.

Dear Member;
I would like to bring to the notice of you that no genuine consultant will charge form the candidate. Genuine consultant will charge from the company only that may be 8.33% or 10 or 12% depending on various criteria.No need to pay the consultant, and in case if you would like to pay it's purely depend on your need, in that case don't blame the consultancy.

I agree with Disha, if you are really in contact with Genuine Consultant they charge to the company not to the candidate. Yes, there is association of Repute consultant from India. So please check with consultant that is he members of Executive Receruiter Association, if yes then deal with his who can not help you to get best of job but also not charge you to get good job becuase as a association they have code and conduct where memebrs are not allow to charge any fees to candiatate.
In case any of members of this group are runing their consulting business they can join to the assocition which will help them to grow in their own proffesion.
