Dear Preethi I would request you to kindly take up MBA if you want to your career apart from HR/Admin. Always MBA will be ahead of PG in HR. Regards M. Peer Mohamed Sardhar
Thanks!! You have any idea about courses held in ignou university. If i will do MBA from ignou ofcourse distance education it will not matter. I dont want to quit my job but i can attend classes on weekends. By any chance you have idea about admin courses please suggest me that too.
BR,
Preeti.

Hi ,
The courses you choose may help you in gaining an entry into the organization of your choice, but being a professional requires a combination of the theoretical and practical concepts.
For this you need a lot of experience in dealing with HR matters.
I feel you can pursue your studies from symbiosis, Pune or IGNOU, New Delhi.
For information on these educational institutions you can log on their website for precise information.
Good Luck

HI
For the working community like us it is to good to have Symbiosis and IGNOU (Distance learning). In IGNOU it is necessary that you submit your assignments compulsory which carries 30% weightage in your final mark for each paper.
I am an MBA from IGNOU.
Good luck.

Thanks :D M.Fleix.c & Bagema. This weekend i will make my best to inquire about MBA courses from IGNOU & Symbosis. I think admission are on swing. Thanks for your valuable suggestions.
Oh yes bagema if i have any quries about MBA i will bother you in future.
BR,
Preeti

Hi Seniors
Even i hav a similar problem
Am currently pursuing my MBA - specialization Hr(regular course) and i am interested in gaining much deep understanding about this field
So am thinking of doing another masters(through distant education).
But a little confused about which course would be best for me to take up.
Kindly help me taking a right decission
Regards

Hi,
You seem to be a MBA Graduate in a couple of years.Pursuing another Master's programme similar to your MBA specialisation may fetch you a good job in faculty positions than elsewhere.
To build yourself, you need to experience & execute the concepts you have learnt in your academic curriculum , than to be a learner for few years.
An HR role and the HR style is to be acquired and not learnt from others.
Try to have your own role and style .
Don't be a learner ,but be executer.
Thank you
