Hello Pawan,
First of all could you elaborate on the reason why you chose MBA-HR after your M.Sc [Chemistry]--not a common combination actually?
Coming to take advantage of both your degrees, you could opt for a career in pharma or life sciences or Chemical Companies. One of the major advantages any HR person can have is domain knowledge.

HI Ramya,
I can suggest you to opt for a Finance or IT.
If you opt for HR-Finance . There are some functions in HR that relate to Manpower Planning for which u have to do Job Pricing, Budgeting, Job survey etc.
When come to payroll, appraisal and salary revision. Your finance will help you.
For HR-IT i hope u know the IT market by this time.
All the best.
