Very nice EMPLOYEE HAND BOOK. Some modifications require i.e Termination- Termination after resignation is nothing,.. since the employee resigns voluntarly there is no question of termination, discharge - The word discharge is also according to the norms of the IR procedure it will not comes under your sub-heading Termination. Lay off its also not comes under the same. Next is 'Child Labour Policy - nice interpretation in that since the policy is not to entertain the chaild labour in the work primeses in that cas again why the clause 4. Once the pollicy is mandatory i.e. not to entertain the chaild labour the management has to take stern decession. These are my view ofcours rest of the manual is good..

A work nicely done. Appreciate you for sharing such document. For those who belong to CTRL+C/CTRL+V generation, might not be useful, however, for those who know the basics and are capable of modifying the doc as per their industry, is certainly a gem.
Those complaining about certain clauses, ask yourself what have you added as value to CiteHR?
