I understand your intent for doing extra work to get extra income. But before you take up any second employment, you had better check the dual employment policy of your company.
As HR person, you have a few options. One is to join some management institute as a HR / Soft Skills trainer. Another option is giving private tuition at home. Last but not the least is to work as a freelance recruitment consultant by getting a franchisee of some bigger consultancy.
