sharma sunilHi vichitra, the main difference btw personnel dept and hr depart i.e. Prsnl dept responcibil for all management issue, like official building related legal issues and decision for them and hr dept basically related with employees query and their welfare. Contract labour are those engagd in org. Undr the contract wid contractr and casual workers are those engagd wid org 4 short term period widout any contract. Thanks & Regards Sunil Sharma
