Hello Bharathi,
Usually however big the company may be, they would definitely tell to any new recruit what is being expected from them, which are going to become goals for the new recruits. So first try identifying what the company is expecting from you and start preparing a plan of action. If you are stuck anywhere, you can ping me as well at .
Stay cool always. Cool mind is the source for solutions always.
All the best. Keep Smiling Always..:-)

Hi Bharthi,

From ur post I can make out that yours is a newly established company and you may have to establish an HR dept., so there should be an Hr manual and employee manual which you can get from CITEHR also.

Further you can divide entire Hr function in small gamuts which are recruitment, offer, refferal check, joining, joinig formalities, induction, probation/confirmation, appraisal, training & development, compensation & benefits, HR policy formulation & implementation.

Gradually you can develop the forms and standardize all activities. Keep on digging the CITEHR you surely will get lot of good stuff, as it has been a guide for me also.

Accordingly you can map your KRAs as per your company's size, type, nature of business or if you can get any information about previous practices. Firstly you need to identify the requirements of the company which an HR can fulfull and in the order of priority you can move ahead.

You need good analytical power and lot of common sense. For statutory compliances you can always seek guidance from the seniors in CITEHR.

You can reach me at if required, it will be a pleasure to help you.

Thanks

Rashee
