so do you think that it will help me to build my fututre?
Can you please tell me whethere I should do the same or should I
for some other course to build my carrier.

Hi,
I would say suggest you not to learn SAP course without any experience.
It would be helpful and you can understand the subject only when you have exp.in particular domain.
You better get job in Hr domain , work atleast for 1 yr. and go for SAP.

I recently graduated with a degree in International Business Mgmt and I'm interested in HR. I'm currently working for a Small Business helping to put some HR procedural practices in place. I'm basically learning almost everything online. What course would you recommend for me to further my knowledge in HR? I'm also looking to advance my career and looking for the kind of job that will enable me to travel and familiarize myself on diverse employment practices around the world. Any advice?

Definitely this will give you lots of opportunity and enhance your skills dear. As you have done your MBA in HR and wanna do SAP courses, you must go ahead and with it you can definitely build you career in HR as in todays age SAP taking a special place and importance...
With it you must try to learn about practical functions of HR and their work areas like knowledge of ESIC & EPF & their rules and calculation and so on..

Hello,
I may suggest that your primary focus should be on English language. You have written 'carrier' for 'career' & 'guidence' for 'guidance'. A good HR executive can ill-afford to make spelling mistakes.
Also why restrict your learning in the HR automation domain to SAP only? These days many on-line, web-based HR systems are available which are highly user friendly & require no formal training. Interestingly, there are many users of such systems & their numbers are consistently increasing.

what i can suggest you that, you have thought about a great thing but I would like to suggest you that first try to for a job and try to gather some domain specific industrial knowledge, it will help you out in getting an exposure what actually is required in the industry.
Beside that there is 1 big fact that you are going to invest in SAP and after that for sure you will look for a return but what I have experienced as a fresher you will certainly get hindrance in it.

I am having one year of exp into consultancy I'm currently working for a Small Organisation from last 6 mths and putting HR practices(generalist profile) in place and under d guidance of marketing head (as ther is no HR dept here n i m the only person in HR) I am currently workin in Indore(MP)
