hello group,

i am a fresh graduate passed out in 2010. i joined a company 1 and half months back. i have signed no bond and no work is assigned to me yet.

now the problem is i could not stay there as i did not like the comapany, i feel alone and left out in the company and i tried for another better opportunity than my present company and luckily as am still a fresher i got a new and better job and now i want to leave.

the company says to provide 2 months notice b4 leaving the company..but i have only 15 days time to join a new company after which i cannot join the company. when i enquired some people they have asked me to leave the company without informing them(which is call abscounding).

now if i leave the company what kind of legal action they would take against me..whether it is in monetary terms or jail.

as you know i would not go back to them asking for a relieving letter as i was not assigned with any work and not even any training and i would not ask them for any experience certificate as it does not applies to me...

what would you suggest me to do? and if i leave the company without informing them what could be the consequences.

Dear Madhu , As there is no bond no such jail or monetary terms will be there u can leave the company without any effort and enjoy the new job.

Leave and enjoy your new job, nothing will happen. Although it is against your offer letter because notice period is a mandatory terms, which need to comply.

I'm an HR officer, one of our employee went for emergency leave, and after some time he have send he's resignation letter, he have taken loan from our company, we are trying to reach him by emails but no responses from him. Our company has decided to put him in absconding.

Please can anyone send me a letter format, on abounding, our how to take action in this kind of situation. I wanted to send a warning letter say that we are going to take this step against you.

Because you’re not responding to our emails.

Hi, Kindly take legal opinion of your Advocate. Industry practice is Comapny can claim this amount by registering civil case against him. Regards, Rahul Bagale

Hi to all,
Please can any one send me, a request letter formatt of absconding, I wanted to send a request letter to Dubai immigration from our company side,for putting one of our employee in absconding list.
Situation, one our empolyee who had gone for emergency leave, after some time he had send us resigation email, he has taken loan form our company & some devices, we are trying to reach him through emails but no response from him, finally we have dicided to put him in absconding. dubai immigration need a request letter from company side, just wondering how to right a absconding request letter to Govt sector on this matter.
