We have got Adrenalin for our org. Though we have got only 120 employees yet we face many probs. at times the customiztions are tough..
we are only satisfied with adrenalin in the terms of its attendance and leave management system.
Though the customer support provided by them is excellent yet it would have been great if we would have faced less problems...but may be every software takes its time to get customized as per the customer's needs.

From last 2 years I am using adrenalin and It is giving good results. Adrenalin HRMS will address almost all of your concerns. They do have good case studies. Ask them to share some references to get more confidence.

The product is very good. It is already proven in the market. although it is very costly as compared to local HRIS but the value addition is much higher. It is as robust and comprehensive as SAP and Peoplsoft but is highly user friendly.

You have only 1000+ employess, while Adrenalin is involved for the cutomers which has more than 30000+ employess.

2. Also, what kind of customisation can it support to match our business requirements?

Customization: The customization is possible, but it is required once the complete implemenatation is done and user uses it for some time. The initial requirement of customization does not stop the product in working. There is always GAP in user and service provider. There are many function which looks customization initially, may be the product's inbuilt functionality is better after use. So any product is suggested to go for AS IS implementation.

May you share you business process which you find is not available directly in the product. Only then I can comment you on your costomization requirement.

3. Is the customer & techincal support provided satisfactory?

This is the reason it has implemented in major enterpise level customers, who are happy for a decade.

I was with Adrenalin till recently after serving the sales team for nearly four years.

The product is stable and recommendable for any organisation seeking HR automation (the biggest client live is an insurance company with more than 25K employees)

The configuration options allows the product to be controlled by HR and with very less involvement of IT team in administration of the product. After the implementation is complete, the involvement if IT is to ensure the server uptimes and backups. Rest everything is controlled and managed by HR. I have not seen this in ERP HR products who can only be called as viable competition to Adrenalin.

They organise webinars for the product twice in week. You may enroll into it by going to their website Adrenalin, Software Development, HR Software, Payroll Software India, IT Services Company and registering for webinar or call their toll free number.

While evaluating the product, it would be better if your business objectives are clear with you else the product has much to offer (around 30-32 modules are there) ... define the scope, ask them to demonstrate and buy...

Which company do you work for? May be you are on older versions. The very fact you praised the support indicates your company is happy. I have been personally involved in all sales happened in North India (including chandigarh, which seems your location).
I also do not recollect any unhappy customer to the extent of not recommending Adrenalin in a public forum. You can reach me on 9891713322
The blog you referred was written way back in 2007. Sales promised him a feature which was not available in the product and picked the deal. The feature incidently was in roadmap and due in next release... the release timeline was preponed and delivered. He is a satisfied customer and still using adrenalin.

According to me it is good, flexible, stable and HR friendly software. It is very scalable application. Flexibility is its strength and same time weakness so you have to be very careful when you are going for customization.
It is one of the best HRIS software for headcount upto 20000 (Because I had not used/tested this application on more than 20000 employees data so no Idea)
