Kindly guide me as to how do I go about training analysis before conducting external training???? there are over 100 employees and more than 6 deptts. I have framed training programme for new joinees but am not define training for existing members..

Here we use Scientific Tool called as 16PF Test to assess the training need analysis of an individual vis a vis to company's expectation and benchmarks, there is an assured reliability and validity of reports with training gaps we provide to you.
This is a very successful approach for exisitng employees because lot of times its difficult to approach or know senior or middle level employees training areas. Please let me know for further clarification or discussion required on same and i will be happy to assist you.

Please also find attached TNA 'form for you use. From the form you will find it’s to be sent to the manager for identifying what are the TNA of the department. You can modify the content to reflect TNA for individuals.
